Returns
You may return unused, unworn sunglasses in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at CKLUXEBRAND@GMAIL.COM with your Full Name, date of order, product ordered and reason for return.
Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, free of scratches, and with all tags/cases included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
