Returns

• You may return unused, unworn sunglasses in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

• To start a return, please contact us at CKLUXEBRAND@GMAIL.COM with your Full Name, date of order, product ordered and reason for return.

• Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, free of scratches, and with all tags/cases included.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Flat rate $7.00

• Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• CK LUXE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If this happens, contact the carrier directly.
